    I hope the driver is OK and I also hope that tanker has a solid

    I hope the driver is OK and I also hope that tanker has a solid auto insurance, most likely it will need repairing work and doubt the drive can afford it. There is one thing that I am curious about: what speed could the driver possibly have to overturn a truck like that?
