A teenager was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex in south Houston late Thursday night after he visited his girlfriend.
And police now are searching for a suspect, who fled in the teen’s car.
DeAndre Elliott, 17, of Houston, was killed in the 4700 block of Wenda about 11:45 p.m., police said. He was shot in the head and chest.
